*You've earned 233 extra calories from exercise today
I was honestly surprised this evening when I finished entering in all my entries for the day and still came up with a caloric deficit!  I was extremely active today with a lot of exercise so I made good decisions, but kind of let myself have what I wanted.  It was very nice to see that I can rely solely on my good decisions and still be on track.

My girls and I had a "retail therapy" day, so we ended up eating lunch at the mall.  I chose Panera Bread, and what a great decision it was.  They pride themselves on being a healthy restaurant, so you can't really go wrong there, but to make things even more idiot proof, they have the calorie content of each menu item listed on the menu as well as low fat choices signified.  And in addition to being super healthy?  It was delicious, and pretty damn affordable..I did the "pick two" which was a cup of soup and a half sandwich for under $7.  I used to spend that at Mickey D's for 2500 calories of bullshiz!!

My appetite is finally starting to respond to all of this movement..I was ravenous all day today!  Luckily, you can eat a ton when you make healthy choices!

glad your appetite is back! I adore Panera. I worked there in college and blame them for some of my weight gain...free cookies, lattes, muffins, etc, lol!

You are so right. Eating right can be hard just getting enough in! We have a Panera but I have never been. I am a creature of habit. Which is why I am like I am but I will need to check them out.
